4th order BP for Flipx99, quartet of eD 9Kv's - Buy & Sell Car Audio Equipment

This is a 4th order bandpass for Flipx99, going to be using 4 8" eD 9kv's in his extended cab.

45"w x 15"d x 12.5"h... 54 sq in of port

-3db @ ~41Hz

Design is 1.35 sealed into 1.5 ported @ 70Hz... with heavy stuffing in the sealed chambers, should bring it up to ~1.8cf or a little more...

Bottom panel is removable and subs are mounted from the bottom so they can be accessed if necessary.

Should be pretty flat across the board... and have nice SPL as well. Looking forward to seeing it build and hearing the results! I'll be getting him the dimensions and cutsheet tomorrow.

Only hard part is round off those corners for the ports. I got the tools, bit I will need more practice to get them completely rounded smooth.

I was about to ask a silly question, but I get it now if the subs will be downfiring.

I was about to panic about how to get the subs in there.

The stuff I have says 15-20 sqft. I have two bags, is that enough?

I normally get the stuff at Walmart, comes in 20 oz bags... never seen it measured in sq ft though...

Roughly the size of a big pillow in each side is what I'd shoot for
