Box design for Decado (UNIT 6639) - Buy & Sell Car Audio Equipment

Here's a design I'm working on for Decado (UNIT 6639)...

Will house a pair of 10" Fi BL's. 2.0cf tuned to 35Hz. 36 sq in of port. Outside dims are 36"w x 15"d x 13.5"h

I think BJ will be building this one, and depending on how it works into his construction style, I'm doing something a little different.

The sides and front are inset 1/4" from the top and bottom, which will allow for an easy 2-tone carpeting scheme... the inset pieces can be carpeted the color of the trunk, while the top, bottom, and back can be carpeted in an offset color... like maybe charcoal and light gray.

Recessed mounting as well for the subs....

Anyway, here are a few renderings, let me know what you think...

Hey Chris, I changed my usual UNIT 6639 to Decado, decided it was old so here I am with a different handle.

I have not had a chance to go over the entire site yet but so far it looks great!

As for the box, it looks really professional! I have already decided to ask BJ to do it so long as I can afford it
