RE12.1 or ED NINe.1 - Buy & Sell Car Audio Equipment

Arent they about the same as far as power? I currently have an RE12.1, but I was kinda looking at the NINe.1 cause I can get a matching NINe.2. I know it's kinda silly, but I like my things to match.

Is there a reason one would be better than the other?

I like the look of the nine lineup. Haven't had the chance to use them though.

Although i dont like eD i would pick the nine.1. Its a good amp and eD just rebaged it. Plus matching amps looks better .

Never used the RE, but my NINe.1 was rock solid.

I think they're $365 shipped now with the 5 year warranty

They must be pretty good, 'cause it's hard to find any used ones anywhere. RE doesn't make their amps anymore. They direct you to their US Amps site now.

There are a few for sale on ICIX right now... $300. Or you could call eD and see if they have any b-stock, I think they sell them for $275, but that may have went up to $300 as well.
