fosgate amp identification q? - Buy & Sell Car Audio Equipment

i seen this amp that my bud has but i cant get a pic. so ill describe it the best i can.

it is a rockford fosgate it is very small. it has a grey cover with a red side or something to that effect, it is pretty small like 8 or 9"s long x 6 wide i think.
if someone could tell me what it is that would be great and if it is worth anything.

evrything i listed is all i know. i can have it for 30 buck's in mint shape

they werent really good amps. real cheap and low power. they didnt make that model very long. if its just an amp for some mids i'd say take it for 30 bucks.
