Clarion DXZ665MP help... - Buy & Sell Car Audio Equipment

Well, I sold a Clarion DXZ665MP head unit to my friend yesterday. Everything worked fine right up to the point when i uninstalled it like 6 months ago. He installed it today and says it wont read any cd's, sounds like it tries to but just won't read them at all. It was sitting boxed up in my closet for all this time. Any idea what it could be? Everything else works just fine. Any help would be appreciated

Just take off the top, and blow out all of the dust. Make sure that the CD player can read MP3's and whatever other file format that he's using if he's using burnt CD's.

Alright, will try cleaning it. It can read mp3's fine, well could... He tried it with a store bought cd and mp3 and neither worked but will try out cleaning it tomorrow... Thanks for the suggestions
