Zx 1000.1 fried??

Went out and got in the buick the other day and noticed i had no bass so i popped trunk and notcied the amp was into protect. I turned all the knobs all the way off and it turned on, As soon as the gain hits half the amp goes into protect and shuts off. Checked ground and its secure same with power. Fried?

What subs do you have it wire to and what ohms is the amp seeing? That amp is 2 ohms stable, I wouldn't see it have a problem at a 1 ohm load.

It was runnin a 2 ohm load to the sub also.

Make sure teh subs not blown.

Also open up teh amp and look for anything burnt.
