i can design u a box and some1 on this forum can build u one
but wat kind of sound r u looking for and wats the max dimensions of the area u want to use
4 he6.5's = not so big of a box
i think a box 30wide x 13high x 13deep is a good starting point
but the question is..do u want a sealed, ported,or bandpass ?
how much power u plan on using

i listen to alot of godsmack, other metal and some rap. i either want ported or bandpass whichever would sound better in rock or metal music and decent in some rap. im not expecting alot thats why im going with the 6.5's. i have 1 orion 10d ported now. I will either be running my orion 2150 at 4 ohms or i have a new Punch 150. dimensions to work with: 28" wide, 10-13" tall, and 15" deep. thanks for help. let me know how much to design it.

um..its a toss up ,,there is no box more superior to the other...the only difference is one box can create more output than others and some displace characteristics of a sealed box while getting really loud with a given frequency range
so it boils down to ....which onw do u want?
go here to make your desidsion
http://www.diysubwoofers.org/
u can read up on the different types of boxes the pro's and cons and let me know which one u want to try
