well i was looking at it and i think u will do well with a ported box with a big port tuned to 35hz

i can send u a design thats 9.77cubes(after port and sub disp.) with 168square inch port(21high x 8wide) tuned to 35hz...sub up port up or u can flip it and make it sub forward port forward
the box will be 48wide x 23high x 23deep

hmm well if u do 58wide x 39high x 23 deep u can do 4 sx18's with 370square inches of port tuned to 36hz..that will be very loud to be honest

Very loud is a good thing. i had all 4 sx's in my explorer pulled a 147.7, but it never came close to reaching its full potential.

What kind of allignment would you suggest?

Thats what I was thinking, Im probably looking into getting 2 Crunch GP2500Ds or mabye XXX6500, all depends on funds... what kind of baffle did you account for and how long would the port need to be?
